Fast and Economical Verbatim MR2003 resin is a liquid photopolymer which serves as a user friendly alternative to making conventional magnesium molding masters. When imaged with low intensity UV light, the liquid resin hardens to a durometer of 50 Shore D. The residual liquid polymer is removed and the plates are processed in a warm soap and water solution, followed by post cure treatment with additional UV light. Pattern plates are easily processed and ready for use in under an hour.
